According to the problems of the wind and solar hybrid power system and electric heating film application, designs the wind and solar hybrid power system and low-temperature radiant heating film system, which eliminates the need for the traditional batteries in the wind and solar power generation system. By orthogonal experiment, studies the influence of light intensity, wind speed and outdoor air temperature on the thermal comfort of the heating system based on the evaluation of PMV-PPD, and carries out the full factorial orthogonal experiment on the light intensity and wind speed. The results show that the region with the light intensity up to 3 kWh/(m2·d) and the daily average wind speed up to 4 m/s can meet the heat supply need utilizing this system. Compared with the traditional heating mode, this system has better economic and energy saving effect.
